Shipping policy

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, excluding holidays. Our mission is to ship your item (s) as quickly as possible.

Shipping Rates:
We offer free expediated/tracked shipping on all orders $60 or more within Canada, USA, and the UK. We also offer a pick-up option for your convenience in the Etobicoke area. 

International Shipping Custom Duties & Taxes: 
Custom duties and taxes may apply for your package in your country. Customers are responsible for any custom, taxes or additional fees incurred for international shipping. 

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number for your package. You can use the tracking number to track the whereabouts and delivery of your package.

Delivery Issues:
In the rare event of a lost or delayed shipment; first contact your local postal service with your tracking number to try and resolve the issue with them. You may also contact us at info@bellajewelsdesign.com as a last resort, and we will do what we can to assist you.

Address Accuracy:
Customers are responsible for providing us accurate shipping information. Please double-check your shipping address during checkout for accuracy. We are not liable for items shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Shipping Delays On Our End:
While we strive to meet estimated shipping times, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural disaster or family emergencies may impact shipping, and our shipping time. Should any of the above circumstances occur, we will keep you posted regarding your shipping time.

Return To Sender Due To Non-Delivery Of Package:
Should a package be returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, or an incorrect address provided by the customer; An additional shipping fee will apply to re-ship your item.
