Our Warranty

Our One Year Warranty does not cover lost items, scratches or damage that come with normal wear and tear (like a broken chain), or damage from improper use or storage of your jewelry. We are unable to replace lost jewelry. In the rare case of a skin to metal sensitivity and the plating tarnishing, we might be able to replace the item.  

If the item is able to be replaced, we will happily do so within One Year of the purchase date. Please kindly submit a warranty request and our team will follow up with you within 1-4 business days. 

Bella Jewels Design does not cover the return or shipping cost for replacement of items. Please note, we cannot guarantee replacement of items that are no longer listed on the Bella jewels Design website. To keep your jewelry looking its best please follow the care instruction on the Care Card that is included in your package.
